VoxPrep AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered platform for mock interviews, visa preparation, and language coaching. The Service includes real-time audio processing, AI-generated feedback, transcripts, and scoring metrics. VoxPrep AI is a simulation tool and does not guarantee job offers, visa approvals, or language test scores.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. AI Limitations and Audio Processing

By using our Service, you grant us permission to process your voice and audio inputs using our AI systems and third-party APIs (such as speech-to-text providers) solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. You acknowledge that AI-generated feedback may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You should not rely solely on AI feedback for critical legal or professional decisions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or AI prompts of the Service.
• Using the Service to generate abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Attempting to bypass our credit system, paywalls, or rate limits.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, AI personas, prompts, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TECHBRAIN TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT JSC. You retain ownership of any personal inputs (voice, text) you provide to the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Credits

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Plans") or via purchased AI Credits. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. 7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TECHBRAIN TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT JSC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
