• Voice and Audio Data: To provide our core AI coaching services, we process the audio you speak into your microphone during mock interviews and practice sessions.
• Interview & Performance Data: Transcripts of your sessions, grammar corrections, logical evaluation scores, and progress metrics.
• Payment Information: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Dodo). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and interaction metrics with our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the VoxPrep AI platform.
• AI Processing: Your voice data is processed in real-time to generate text transcripts and AI feedback. We do not use your personal identifiable voice data to train foundational models without explicit consent.
• To process transactions and send related information (e.g., invoices).
• To send administrative emails, technical notices, and security alerts.
• To analyze usage patterns and optimize user experience.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., LiveKit for WebRTC audio streaming, cloud hosting, AI APIs).

4. Data Security & Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including end-to-end encryption for audio streams) to help protect your personal information. Audio streams are processed ephemerally and are not stored permanently on our servers after the transcript is generated, unless explicitly required for a feature you enable. Transcripts and scores are retained as long as your account is active so you can track your progress.
