At VoxPrep AI, we strive to provide the best AI interview and language coaching experience possible. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our services.
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the VoxPrep AI platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have not completed more than three (3) mock interview sessions.
After the 7-day period, or if you have exceeded the usage limit, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused periods within an active billing cycle.
Because processing real-time AI voice interactions incurs significant computing costs, one-time purchases of additional AI Credits (Top-Up Packs) are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made strictly in cases of documented technical failures on our platform that prevent you from using the purchased credits.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we detect evidence of fraud, abuse of our refund policy, or a violation of our Terms of Service. If an account is banned or suspended due to a Terms of Service violation, no refunds will be issued for any unused time or credits.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@voxprep-ai.com with your account email address and the reason for the request. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5 to 7 business days.
